Ving Tsun is an ancient Chinese martial art, that was designed in times of war as an effective military technology.

Introductory classes are held on Tuesdays by appointment. The class is semi-private and new students work with Sifu Owen.

It is hard to know how historically accurate the old legend of Ving Tsun can be, but this is the origin as it’s been told.
